I am a massage therapist serving the central New Jersey area, providing various forms of massage and lymphatic bodywork.
I graduated academic valedictorian from Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy in March 2010 with 600 hours of education, including 100 hours of hands-on clinic experience. While in school, I studied extensive anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology.
I hold a New Jersey State License for Massage Therapy (LMT) and opened my independent small business in 2011, working full time as of 2013. I was a massage therapist with the Rutgers Football Team from 2010-2018, providing massage to the players and coaches, along with several other athletic teams. I also worked as the exclusive massage therapist for the Rutgers Field Hockey Team athletes from 2013-2018.
In 2017 I became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (CMLDT) through the MLD Institute, specializing in the Vodder Technique. Over the years I received advanced training in traumatic scar tissue management, Advanced MLD techniques specializing in Post Plastic Surgery Procedures via the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), and became certified in Modern Cupping Therapy (CMCTP). Pairing MLD with post surgical scar tissue work has greatly improved client recovery and I now incorporate cupping into many of my sessions, My practice is science influenced, with a heavy emphasis on anatomy.
I have maintained a professional membership in the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2010 and attend continuing education classes on a regular basis. I am also a member of National Lymphedema Network (NLN) since 2019.
My home office is located in East Windsor, NJ. An exact street address is given after an appointment is booked.
