About Me
Jessica Meirs, LMT, CMLDT
Business Founder

I am a traveling massage therapist serving the central New Jersey area, providing various forms of massage and lymphatic bodywork within the comfort of your own home, office, or my home office.
I graduated academic valedictorian from Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy in March 2010 with 600 hours of education, including 100 hours of hands-on clinic experience. While in school, I studied extensive anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology.
I hold a New Jersey State License for Massage Therapy (LMT) and opened my own business in 2011. I was a massage therapist with the Rutgers Football Team from 2010-2018, providing massage to the players and coaches, along with several other athletic teams. I also worked as the exclusive massage therapist for the Rutgers Field Hockey Team athletes from 2013-2018.
In 2017 I received a certificate in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (CMLDT) in the Vodder Technique through the MLD Institute and have over 88 hours of in-person training. I immediately started working with people recovering from both medically necessary and elective plastic surgeries. I started pairing MLD with post surgical scar tissue work in 2019 and found great success for my clients. I also carved out time to work with individuals living with Lymphedema. My practice is science influenced, with a heavy emphasis on anatomy.
I have maintained a professional membership in the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2010 and attend continuing education classes on a regular basis. I am also a member of National Lymphedema Network (NLN) since 2019.
My home office is located in East Windsor, NJ. An exact street address is given after an appointment is booked.
